Dorking to Ranmore Charity Walk

Join North Downs Way Ambassador Michael Vergien on a 2.5 hour (5 mile) walk that will take us from Dorking to Ranmore/Denbies Hillside and back. While the walk is free, we ask that participants make a donation to our selected charity: Dorking Men's Shed. We suggest that you donate the price of a ticket (£10), but donations of any amount are welcome. Walk Level: This is a moderate walk as there will be some climbs and descents on our walk. Equipment: You will need sturdy footwear and a water bottle. Some parts of the walk can get muddy and slick depending on weather. Dogs: Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Children: Participants must be 10 and older. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Travel: It is a 15 minute walk from Dorking Station. Tickets: You must book tickets for this walk. We may have to turn you away if you show up without a booking through the Hikes of Surrey website (not Facebook). COVID Information: Hikes of Surrey is not responsible for your health. We require participants to act responsibly and maintain social distancing with others not in your household. You will be required to use hand sanitiser at the beginning and end of the walk. Face coverings are optional. In the unlikely event that you contract Coronavirus from any of our walks, we cannot be held liable. By booking this walk you are agreeing to these term and conditions. If after booking you develop a high temperature; a new, continuous cough; loss or change to my sense of smell or taste, you will contact us by email immediately.
